Hi! 1. There are Faie in every country. They are just more pale than those in their country. For example, an African Faie would be black, but still significantly paler than most normal Africans. 2. What do you mean "come of age"? 3. There is one set of magical law that spans through the entire world. Everyone magical gets a trial in front of a panel of judges, and if charged, they are sent to a high-security prison where they are not allowed to use their magic. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	1. Any Asian PB is fine! 2. The coming of age varies within Faie clans, but generally Faie children get their official letter from Idris when they are 15 Faie years of age. While some do take time off before going to school, we encourage new characters to enter as soon as they get the letter as per normal. That said, we feel that a 500 year old Faie is a bit too old. Would it be acceptable to have an 18 or 19 year old 6th year? Reason I ask is because I wanted to create a toon who has no parents and has had to work real hard to support himself. Thus, he's fallen behind in his classes because sometimes he's able to afford school for a year and other times he's not and has to save up for it. Therefore lagging him behind with where he SHOULD have been a long time ago. His personality would fit more in Araboth, but since there are so many 7th years already...I figured I'd change up the pace and add this little twist to make him stand out in his own way. Not to mention that he might get a lot of flack from certain characters since he's so "behind" which could be considered a negative trait. He's not the type of toon that angst over not having parents. Instead he's a lot more self-supportive and pretty independent and confident in his abilities as an individual. Hi! We would love to have him in the game. He sounds absolutely intriguing and we have no problems with him having started school late. We already have a few students who have started late for various reasons. We'd just like to know, however, that if he is a mage, witch, or warlock, he would most likely not have any family members who are magical, so the first few years of puberty would have been difficult for him, since he would still have developed his powers then. 	Yeah that's fine, I would consider him a more hardy character with his difficulties in magic. I believe he'll end up being a witch with a power like empathy that's more benign and reflexive in nature. But I'm pondering carefully. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	There are a few bars/clubs in town. Here is a list of what we have. The Pink Pony is a pink cafe during the day and a popular nightclub at night, and Zouk! is a bar/club that operates from the late afternoon to well into the early morning. (Reply to this) (Parent)

The first treaty was written up when Idris was founded back in the early 1200's (so about 800 years ago.) The current students at Idris would not have been alive for that. However, there have been a few wars and disputes over the years and there hasn't really been a real end to anything. The most 'recent' war occurred in the late 1690s in America where Therian clans in Massachusetts teamed up with mundies to accuse Faie of witchcraft and devil-magic (thus causing the Salem Witch trials.) When word got back to the European Faie, an all-out war broke out in the magical world. The older Faie who are in their late 400's would have lived through the war and remembered it well. Wonderful! We can't wait to see him. The school is separated by years; there are 7 total. 5th years would usually be 15-16 year olds (so like sophomores in high school), 6th years 16-17 year olds, and 7th years 17-18 year olds. Though certain students start school late for various personal reasons, we encourage characters to start on time so they can interact with kids their ages. =) (Reply to this) (Parent)
